台聯：「黃三條」偷渡自經區　台灣變自盡區

自由經濟示範區草案昨天初審，但經濟委員會召委黃昭順，昨下午5點20分突然回到會場，並以極短時間宣讀《自經區條例》前三則條文，過程引發爭議。台聯黨團今天舉行記者會痛批，國民黨在服貿議題上已經有了「半分忠」，自經區又來一個「黃三條」，簡直是要把台灣推入「自盡區」。
 
台聯黨團總召賴振昌痛批，國發會17日已按程序報行政院後再提修法動議，主委管中閔表示將公聽會意見帶回去參考。國民黨也知道示範區有許多爭議，依舊如此草率，「到底在怕什麼？」若國民黨仍貿然審查，周一將對議事錄提出復議。(郭建伸／台北報導)
