游錫堃收到刑案通知？警：正常程序

行政院前院長游錫堃今晚在臉書上發文，「刑事案件通知書來了」、「朱市長還是不放手」，指他的選前之夜場地遭刁難，是市長朱立倫玩法濫權的競選手段，去年11月29日朱已當選，3個多月後的今天，「你還要繼續玩下去？」

板橋分局警方回應，新北地檢署為了解游競選團隊當時疑涉違反集會遊行法案情，指示警方通知文宣群執行長孟義超說明並無約談游，且不代表已認定有罪，更非朱立倫要求，強調「一切只是正常程序」。
