HBL女子組「天后」淡水商工今年重振旗鼓，8日冠軍戰以74：66擊敗衛冕軍永仁高中，報上季總決賽的一箭之仇，笑擁隊史第8冠。

淡商此役發揮傲人戰力，頻頻利用高低位製造空檔，多達6名球員得分雙位數，最多領先超過20分，扳倒挑戰「三連霸」的永仁。

一向嚴厲，但又扮演慈母的淡商教頭陳美莉，彩帶拋下的那刻再也止不住淚水，在球員簇擁下上前接受冠軍喝采，場面感人。

「我本來不想上去，我怕會哭，是被硬推上去的。」陳美莉哽咽笑說：「我很心疼這些孩子，她們真的很辛苦，是外人無法想像的。」

淡商每天清晨5點就得晨操，之後整天不得閒，念書、練球、補習，回到宿舍還要做家事，「我很感動，這些孩子從來沒有情緒化的反應，讓我也無法倦怠，這些年來應該只睡過頭一次吧。」陳美莉笑說。
