台啤與金酒的火藥味從昨天燒到今天(8日)，整場比賽頻繁出現爭吵與哨音，最終台啤靠著最後3分鐘打下勝基，以77比68贏球晉級季後賽第2輪。

第4節剩下2分56秒時雙方平手，歐布萊恩(Patrick O'Bryant)完成3分打，接著蔣淯安連拿5分包含1記外線，迅速將差距拉開為8分，最終以77比68拿下比賽勝利。

此戰金酒被吹了31次犯規，台啤則是17次，金酒陳靖寰第5犯退場時忿忿不平，賽後老將楊哲宜則說：「當然裁判會有誤判，但是覺得雙方有差距，感覺我們比較不被裁判關愛，球員情緒有時會被搞壞。」

金酒教練吳俊雄表示，「今天輸了也代表結束了，最後的幾分鐘相比，台啤確實是經驗較好。雖然結局不是我們想要的，但我很高興球員有打出實力。」

台啤周伯勳昨天12分11籃板，今天再有14分6籃板，他說：「昨天是第1次打季後賽，表現得還算可以，先試過水溫之後，今天也有比較適應。」

台啤季後賽第2輪將對上富邦進行7戰4勝，教練閻家驊說：「本土球員穩定性不足，跟富邦打我很憂心，這點需要好好調整。他們全隊12人都有先發實力，板凳實力我們比較吃虧。」
