環保局長遴選推薦人未被柯P聘用　施信民：遺憾

台北市長當選人柯文哲今公布第二波小內閣人事，不過環保局長劉銘龍並非由環保局長遴選委員會推薦，遴選委員會召集人、台大教授施信民今表示，劉銘龍不是環保局長遴選委員會推薦給柯的人選，遴選委員會有就中央和地方官員加以考量評估，但沒有委員提名他，另外，柯有權力任用任何的人選，不過他既然主動委託遴選委員會推舉人選給他聘用，遴選委員便會期待他信守約定。因此，委員會所提交的人選(廖彬良和陳宏益)未被聘用，施信民稱感到非常遺憾。

施信民也說，要對遴選委員們投入許多時間和心力在遴選工作上表達謝意，並對遴選結果不被接受而產生的不被尊重和做白工的感覺表達歉意。由於遴選委員之一的律師詹順貴已請辭市政顧問，媒體詢問施信民是否追隨詹腳步，請辭市政顧問，施信民表示目前還在考慮，尚未決定。（政治中心／台北報導）
