成大校長遴選爭議　教育部：沒有重大瑕疵

日前成功大學遴選新校長，由現任副校長蘇慧貞當選，但選後即發生爭議，教育部則已發出人事派令。成大學生會發表抗議聲明，強調遴選程序票數沒公開、也有廢票疑雲和劃記方法爭議等瑕疵，呼籲教育部不應再以「依法行政」閃躲，應正視質疑聲浪，請法學專業人士嚴格審查遴選程序合法性。

教育部人事處處長張秋元回應，成大新校長遴選完後，遴委會約在上個月初報教育部，當時就有一些人認為有疑慮；教育部已經請學校和遴委會釐清，也邀請法制專業人員檢視，沒有發現有重大遐疵可以影響結果，所以依法核定。但近期還是有一些成大老師和學生有意見，希望教育部可以更審慎看這個問題，張秋元說教育部將再找法律專家檢視遴選過程，目前還在檢視當中。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
