貨車司機酒駕輾死母子　法官裁定收押

貨車司機古旻晏昨天傍晚在高雄市楠梓加工區酒駕撞倒一輛機車，釀成母子雙亡慘劇。警方發現古男酒測值達0.24毫克，依公共危險、業務過失致死等罪將他移送法辦，高雄地檢署認定古嫌無固定收入，恐有逃亡之虞，為顧及其他用路人安全，向法院聲押獲准。

47歲的古男應訊辯稱昨天中午只喝一杯保力達，不知為何酒測值超標，且當時從加工區開貨車出來，因大貨車轉彎視野有死角，才沒看到騎車接孩子放學回家的黃婦，「真的不知道撞到人」。

但檢方認為古男收入不穩，恐有逃亡之虞，且他過去曾有酒駕的前科紀錄，複訊後為了維護用路人安全，決定向法院聲押，晚間法官已裁定准押。（郭芷余／高雄報導）
