「我好舒胡喔」　人妻鹹濕簡訊洩姦情

基隆市一名37歲斐姓「小王」與已婚人妻發生不倫戀，去年7月間潛入人妻家中溫存，遭對方指控性侵被送辦，他自述與人妻藕斷絲連，常趁其夫外出入屋溫存，不慎被其子撞見，人妻為保全婚姻才反咬一口，斐男強調：「當時只有親親、沒有愛愛！」更出示人妻傳來鹹濕簡訊「我好舒服喔！你呢？」日前法院判斐男有期徒刑1年6個月。
 
警方調查，31歲越南籍鄭姓女子，7年前嫁來台灣，與夫育有4歲男童，她2年前到工地打工時認識裴姓男同事，2人私下往來半年，後因鄭女與夫感情回溫，開始疏遠裴男，但他不甘遭甩，去年約鄭女談判失敗，一怒之下搶走她的皮包、手機，被依強制罪嫌移送。 
 
裴男說他與鄭女交往時互稱老公、老婆，每周見面3、4次，都趁其夫外出送貨時約會，他還出示鄭女傳給他的鹹濕簡訊，內容寫著：「我好舒胡（服）喔」、「老公我好愛你喔。」
 
今天基隆地方法院判決公告指出，依通姦罪、私闖民宅及傷害等多項罪嫌，判處裴男應合併執行1年6個月，得易科罰金54萬，全案仍可上訴。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
