基隆市議會議長黃景泰涉關說案，21日晚間9時三度召開羈押庭，黃景泰於8時30分提早抵達現場，立刻引起大批媒體包圍，黃景泰表示：「我是清白的，開完庭再向大家報告。」

黃景泰因涉及圖利建商甲山林、興富發位於基隆市信義區深澳段興建「真愛城堡花園」大型住宅社區建築案，並向基層員工施壓，讓建商未依法就迅速通過，另外，在違章建築部分，黃景泰也施壓承辦人員，讓違建得以免拆或緩拆，遭到檢方聲押。經地院二度交保，檢方二度抗告成功，21日晚間9時三度召開羈押庭。

黃景泰提早30分鐘到達基隆地院，一到現場立刻被大批媒體包圍，他說：「我是清白的，開完庭再向大家報告。」而黃景泰的弟弟則說，以平常心面對，司法會還給哥哥清白。

媒體還詢問黃景泰對於連續幾日開庭的想法，黃景泰僅表示：「尊重司法程序。」
