失蹤馬航 家屬 可在美提訴訟

馬航客機失蹤進入第46天。根據美國法例，遇難者家屬可以在美國提出訴訟，控告包括飛機製造商波音等公司。

按照美國全國交通安全委員會的規定，美國律師需要在飛機失事後的45天，才能與遇難者家屬接觸，意味遇難者家庭可以提出訴訟。

但唯一障礙是仍未找到飛機殘骸，這就好像指控謀殺，但找不到屍首。

有受害者家屬表示，透過法律行動可以促使更多秘密公開。

至於客機搜尋工作至今仍無重大發現。無人潛航器已經完成10次海底搜尋，但澳洲聯合搜尋協調中心說，沒有發現任何線索。
