國際商仲業者今天上午發布《財富報告》，台北豪宅是全球第六高，排在摩納哥、香港、倫敦、新加坡、日內瓦之後，卻在紐約、上海、北京和東京前面。報告中指出，今年台灣超過10億元資產的富豪全球排名第22名，共1503人，預計10年後將會增加到1918人。

台灣商仲業者瑞普和國際商仲業者萊坊結盟，今天發布2014年《財富報告》，《財富報告》涵蓋全球90個不同的國家和城市財富分佈數據。

萊坊董事及大中華研究及諮詢部主管林浩文指出，這份報告針對全球2.3萬個有錢人調查，全球豪宅指數中亞洲區去年表現搶眼，雖然中國有調控政策，但中國富人在投資比重中，房產高達30%，使得北京和廣州的豪宅漲幅仍超過17%和14%，台北則成長25%。

林浩文指出，預期未來，台北、上海、北京和廣州已進入房價成長放緩區域，香港、新加坡、首爾和吉隆坡則已經進入房價下滑加快區域。（劉曉霞／台北報導）
