男友結婚娶別人　女賴帳不還遭訴

基隆市一名吳姓女子與蔡姓男友任職於同公司，期間吳女向男友借款28萬元，不料後來蔡男結婚娶的卻是別人，吳女因此避不見面，蔡男只好寄出存証信函催討，但是吳女仍不還錢，蔡男只好向法院請求清償債務。
 
開庭時，吳女辯稱，蔡男當初瞞著即將結婚仍與她交往，後來蔡男結婚，她因不想影響對方婚姻，只好跟他分手，但卻一直遭到對方騷擾，逼得她搬到台中工作。但蔡男半年後得知吳女工作地點，再度騷擾。吳女強調因此心生恐懼，怎還有可能向蔡男借錢，否認有這筆欠款，不過，證人指証歷歷，全案辯論終結，法官判處吳女應給付蔡男28萬餘元，可上訴。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
