新北論壇，三鶯部落有話要說！

新北市長朱立倫於2010年就任後的第一個行程，便是前往三鶯部落。歷經5年，部落的重建工作，日前有重大突破：國有財產署，已跟部落簽訂承租國有地契約，租約長達20年！族人將在新的土地上，自費展開具社會住宅精神的部落重建。
那還有什麼問題呢？
