英40多輛車連環追撞 1死多人重傷

英格蘭牛津郡今天上午發生40多輛汽車追撞事故，警方說，1人當場喪命，另1人傷重有生命危險。

英國廣播公司（BBC）報導，車禍發生在當地時間上午7時45分。救護車派遣單位說，發生「嚴重撞車」時，天氣有霧。

泰晤士谷（Thames Valley）警方表示，1人當場身亡，另1人傷重有生命危險；另有6人重傷，多達45人輕傷。

警方說，公路將關閉「幾小時」，並警告駕駛人避免駛往事故發生地區，因當地「交通阻塞嚴重」。
