新北市長朱立倫今天主持災害應變中心工作會報表示，雖鳳凰颱風陸警仍未納入警戒範圍，仍提前一級開設，作好防颱準備。

朱立倫下午6時主持災害應變中心時，聽取各單位防颱整備工作。

天氣風險管理公司簡報指出，鳳凰颱風將從南部北上，預估新北市明天風雨最大，主要降雨將集中在東南側，也就是宜蘭及新北交界的山區，雨量可達450mm到550mm間。

由於台大天災中心分析研判在颱風來襲下，貢寮、雙溪及鶯歌等地可能有零星淹水災情。

朱立倫表示，防災應變中心都在颱風陸上警報發布後才一級開設，預估氣象局晚上8時30分才可能發布陸警納入警戒範圍，但因鳳凰颱風是第1個秋颱且路徑特殊，為提早做好防颱準備，新北才決定提前一級開設。(中央社)
