食安修法　廖正井：讓黑心業者「一刀斃命」

司法及法制委員會今天上午邀集食品安全相關部會做報告，司委會召委廖正井認為，主管《食品安全衛生管理法》的衛福部雖提出修法加重刑罰，但「修法內容太軟化，金額太少，時間又長，避免『一事不二罰』，法人改科行政罰，我支持，但不夠，要將黑心業者的所得、財產全部追繳、充公，讓他一刀斃命。」
 
廖正井大批黑心業者：「為什麼他敢、去逃避？就是刑罰不夠，必須要將他們的財產全部充公，看他們敢不敢；業者黑心，造成下游廠商損失多大，看到台北犁記員工邊退貨、邊吃餅邊哭，心腸都要斷掉了，修法就要修到讓黑心業者不敢做。」
 
廖正井針對黑心食品商提出3點要求，對不法製造源頭讓他倒閉，司法審判必須速審速決，誤用的合法業者則應強制保險減少損失。（法庭中心／台北報導）
