去年年終獎金約1.55個月　3年來最高

行政院主計總處以近3個月的非經常性薪資與經常性薪資估算發放的年終獎金，推估去年工業及服務業平均年終獎金為1.55個月，是近3年來最高。主計總處分析，顯示景氣確實有穩健回溫。

主計總處說，2013年12月到2014年2月的經常性薪資平均為3萬7765元；而這3個月的非經常性薪資合計為5萬8612元，代表平均年終約5萬8612元，換算即約1.55個月。

但在薪資仍未見好轉，主計總處統計今年1到2月經常性薪資為3萬7736元，是歷年同期最高，也較去年同期增加1.27%；實質薪資6萬3103元，雖較去年同期增加5.95%，但仍不及16年前的水準，原因是同期間消費者物價指數增幅達17.58%，高於同期間的薪資漲幅13.74%。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
