哪值20億美元！　三星：賠蘋果3840萬就夠

蘋果（Apple）與三星電子（SAMSUNG）的專利官司持續火熱上演。對於蘋果索賠20億美元（606億元台幣）的要求，三星專家證人出庭時表示，即使侵犯了蘋果主張的全部5項專利，應該也只需賠償3840萬美元（11.6億元台幣）。

三星的專家證人、耶魯大學經濟學與金融學教授希瓦利埃（Judith Chevalier）表示，三星應當支付相當於每台裝置1.75美元（53元台幣）的專利使用費，而非蘋果要求的每台40美元（1212元台幣）。

希瓦利埃表示，儘管蘋果專家認為此案涉及的5項專利是三星產品熱銷的主要原因，但她卻認為，這些專利創造的價值「微不足道」，給三星帶來的利潤並不完全相同。

希瓦利埃說：「依據我的判斷，蘋果的銷售沒有因三星的侵權行為蒙受損失。」（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
