包圍警局之後 千人又回立法院

警方昨天清晨抬離在立法院前的公投護台灣聯盟人士，台大哲學系五年級學生洪崇晏昨晚號召千名群眾「路過」包圍台北市警局中正一分局抗議，之前曾怒嗆占領國會行動總指揮林飛帆、陳為廷、反對退場的基進側翼青年政團的成員王奕凱也現身。群眾對分局長方仰寧撒冥紙、嗆聲，雙方對峙約五小時，最後在方仰寧宣布口頭請辭後，群眾轉往立法院大門口聚集。

但結束占領國會總指揮林飛帆、陳為廷昨晚「無回應」，中研院副研究員黃國昌則說，他並不清楚狀況。
