德拉吉：別說我們不幫希臘！　7、8月考慮買進希臘公債

歐洲央行（歐銀）總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）今在例會後記者會上表示，已將希臘可使用的緊急流動性援助（Emergency Liquidity Assistance，ELA）額度提高5億歐元（174億元台幣）。
 
德拉吉並強調，歐銀過去2個月來提供給希臘的貸款倍增，而且目前所提供的信貸規模已相當於希臘GDP（國內生產毛額）的68%，任何人都不能再批評歐銀不支持希臘。
 
至於下周將啟動的購債計劃是否涵蓋希臘，德拉基表示，待希臘贖回先前歐銀透過證券市場計劃（SMP）收購的希臘公債後，歐銀考慮最快在7月或8月開始展開新一輪希臘公債收購。
 
不過，對於希臘先前提出提高短天期國庫券發行上限的要求，德拉基稱歐銀是「有法規可循」的機構，暗示歐銀對此應無能為力。希臘財長瓦魯法奇斯先前提議將希臘短天期國庫券發行上限由150億提高至250億歐元，以支應希臘過渡期流動性需求。（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
