台東美麗灣環評案在司法定讞下暫停開發，為東海岸的不當開疆闢土守住底線。但今日環保署通過鄰美麗灣之「杉原棕櫚濱海渡假村案」，推倒東海岸開發大門的第一張骨牌。由於東海岸環境敏感，開發應以總體環境承受為評估，花東民間團體聯合呼籲，在海岸管理法相關規範公告前，應即刻暫緩審查東海岸開發案...(閱讀全文)
