【大紀元2015年02月10日訊】(紐約訊)上週（2月1日-7日），紐約市兇殺案創下零記錄。在去年2月份，紐約市曾創下了連續10天無人因犯罪死亡的記錄，超過2013年創下的連續7天無兇殺案發生的記錄。

不過，紐約的謀殺率卻在上升。根據2月1日的數據，紐約市謀殺率與去年同期相比上升了18%。最近一起兇殺案發生在2月1日晚上11點16分，當時有五人被兩名槍手在哈林區附近西136街與百老匯街（Broadway）的交叉路口被槍殺。這起槍殺造成28歲的格雷厄姆（Shadale Graham）頭部受傷倒地身亡，還有20幾歲的兩男兩女也負傷。一週後，槍手仍逍遙法外。

警方最近的統計數據中不包含襲擊造成受害人死亡的兇殺案件。
