歐巴馬擬開徵「富人稅」　共和黨恐力擋

美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)將在當地時間周二(20日，台灣時間周三上午9時)發表年度《國情咨文》(State of the Union Address)，白宮高層透露，歐巴馬將提出加徵「富人稅」，上調向全美富有階層徵收的資本增值稅率上限，從現在的23.8%一舉提高到28%，同時向資產超過500億美元(約台幣15.5兆元)的大型金融機構加收費用，盼能在未來10年替美國政府增加美金3200億元(約台幣10.1兆元)的收入，以協助中產階級家庭。

但「富人稅」長期受到共和黨反對，國會參眾議院也都是由共和黨掌握多數席次，預計這個增稅提案將會受到共和黨全力阻擋，難以通過。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
