收到318傳票　黃國昌：要聲請傳馬英九

中研院研究員黃國昌收到去年318運動的法院傳票，他今天將傳票照PO網，並指出為了揪出立委張慶忠黑箱三十秒的幕後黑手，釐清破壞民 主憲政的責任歸屬，他將聲請傳喚總統馬英九、張慶忠等人出庭作證，在公開法庭上向全國人民說清楚、講明白！

黃國昌寫道：「我曾經說過，應該接受審判的，不是為了救亡圖存挺身奮鬥 的年輕人，而是馬英九及其在國會中的打手。」因此他說「第一步我計劃向法院聲請傳喚馬英九 、張慶忠等人出庭作證，宣誓具結接受偽證處罰，透過律師 的交互詰問，在公開法庭上向全國人民說清楚、講明白！」（任羿馨／綜合報導）
