美俄外長熱線　討論烏克蘭局勢

由於烏克蘭東部地區鬧獨立，美國國務卿凱瑞與俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫昨兩度熱線就此交換意見。凱瑞表示，美國正設法促使烏克蘭進行全國性對話，以確保烏克蘭東部的局勢正常化，並進行烏克蘭的憲法改革。

拉夫羅夫表示，同意美國的作法有利於召開由各方勢力參加的多邊會議，俄傾向以此解決烏克蘭的內部危機。據凱瑞與歐盟方面都曾多次表示，美、俄、歐盟、烏克蘭的四方會談，將在下周召開。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
