看完報紙不夾好　老翁飆罵「肏你媽的屄」

台北市何姓老翁去年在住家社區管委會會議室看報紙，看完之後沒將報紙夾回報夾，引發一旁的林姓老翁不滿。林男要求何男將報紙夾好、放回報架，何男卻不理會，林男一時氣憤，脫口罵何「肏你媽的屄！」並將空報夾用力砸向桌面。
 
何男事後控告林男涉嫌公然侮辱，林男也反告何男涉嫌誣告。檢察官認為，現場監視器畫面沒有錄下現場音，何男也提不出證據，當時在場的清潔婦出庭作證也說沒有聽見林男罵人，因雙方事後達成和解，台北地檢署今天對雙方做出不起訴處分。（游仁汶／台北報導）
