標題[請益] 康寧技術員 薪資

幫親戚小孩問一下 小朋友有錄取到中科廠 ~ 就我所知: 康寧是知名外商 福利薪資算不錯 當然比上不足比下有餘 ~ 但以平均來說 ~ 他還是算中上的! 1. 但也有人說~康寧算是CP值高~薪資不算高 是真的嗎? 2. 技術員是 每半個月日夜輪調一次 是真的嗎? 3. 一進去算是派遣? 也可以說是試用期 ~ 每個機台都要考證照 考到會加薪 通常半年後考取一些基本證照後~才能升正職? 是真的嗎? 4. 我有稍微GOOGLE一下! 聽說1.5年後大致證照都會考取(當然還有更高階) 好像是說~自己所顧的LINE~大約1.5年可以考取所有證照! 考取後~約可以加薪8000元~是真的嗎? 8000元是加底薪? 因為我知道外商滿敢給津貼的 5. 年薪保14 ~ 請問還有其他獎金嗎? 三節應該有 ~ 那分紅呢 ? 6. 因為聽說 ~ 中科技術員來說~康寧年薪僅次於台GG而以 ? 應該對吧? 7. 其他 ( 有其他的福利薪資分紅...等等 有大大可以告知一下嗎 ) 以上 感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.253.115.146 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1425738567.A.B28.html
