中華職棒官辦熱身賽7日熱鬧開打，Lamigo桃猿在屏東球場迎戰義大犀牛，「暴力猿」打線全場敲出15支安打，火燒犀牛牛棚，終場桃猿以13比4屠牛成功。「大師兄」林智勝首局夯出2分砲，為個人熱身賽第4轟。

桃猿全隊敲出15支安打，先發9名打者都有安打表現，林智勝轟出2分打點全壘打，林智平、藍寅倫也各敲出2支安打、貢獻3分打點。

反觀犀牛，全場敲出9支安打，首局攻下2分後，一度在第6局攻佔滿壘，不過攻勢遭到瓦解，未能攻下城池，9局下，犀牛企圖反攻，林琨笙面對桃猿後援投手陳禹勳，擊出1支安打、貢獻2分打點，但陳禹勳表現隨即回穩，終止犀牛攻勢，順利解決2名人次、關門成功。

此戰桃猿推洋投蘭斯佛先發，首局就被攻下8名人次，奉送2次保送、被敲3安，失掉2分，2局後才漸入佳境，投4局被敲6安2保送2K、失2分責失，無關勝敗。

第5局登板的郭駿傑拿下勝投，他主投2局沒有被敲任何安打，其中第6局解決2名人次後控球出現不穩，連丟2次保送，加上1次不死三振，犀牛堆成滿壘，不過郭駿傑穩住陣腳，順利解決第3名人次，讓對方留下滿壘殘壘。
