台灣之星客服不通，4G時常斷線

結果現在因為網路搞的自己有點難堪

客服撥入也是等了5～6分鐘才接聽

專業度不足、服務態度不佳（還掛人電話）

只會挑針式回覆：一定是你的手機有問題（回答有換過手機測試了還是一樣）

一定是你連接的網站有問題（Google跟Yahoo同時斷網機率很高？）

一定是你背景開太多程式（都已經關了）

一定是你手機作業系統吃網路資源⋯⋯（已經無言

考慮台灣之星的人請三思
