跨年晚會 無緣見柯文哲全家福

台北市長柯文哲邀新北市長朱立倫參加今年北市跨年晚會，「柯朱」明晚將合體一同倒數。觀傳局長簡余晏表示，在不打擾民眾的前提下，柯文哲預計明晚11時40至50多分左右，趁群眾不注意時低調進場，與民眾一同倒數同歡，再由主持人安排適當時間離開現場。

不過，因朱立倫太太高婉倩未出席跨年晚會，觀傳局也未規畫柯文哲以全家福之姿現身。據了解，柯文哲將站在舞台前方的緊急通道旁，由於位置實在不起眼，有官員打趣形容「就像是保全的位置」。
